「The bathroom was clean. Having the door that split the bedroom with the family room worked wonders! My children said that breakfast was great ( i dont eat in the mornings but it smelt great.) The a.c. will run you out the room. My husband and i love the pillows they were so comfy. They bed was firm. The t.v. guide that was printed out by the hotel had the wrong channel for it but there is a t.v. guide on the actual t.v. as well. The pool and spa was clean! The staff was very friendly. And it...

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」
