Only stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed the service, friendly folks. Would recommend air circulation for the breakfast room. Our ADA room would benefit from large ceiling fan with bright lighting. The hot water was scarce in the morning, great at nighttime. The last minute hotel rate was excellent.

The room size was just decent. Breakfast was a letdown. Not a lot of food choices; no sausages or bacon. If ever there were bacon, they serve very little. Oatmeal was not enough either as most of the time, it was already finished by the second hour of breakfast. There was only 1 person in charge of breakfast as she is juggling between refilling the food, replenishing the coffee and juices as well as picking up the used plates, cutlery and replacing them with new ones. We have to wait a few times for food and plates as well as spoon and forks. They should instead just use paper plates and disposable spoon and forks. Offer more food variety too or better yet add another person to help. The entrance should also be lighted; add illumination to the word Hotel Abrego as people struggle at night to see the entrance to the hotel which by the way was awkward enough to enter. Good luck to the business as we won’t be coming back.
My son has to eat his cereal on a plastic cup as there were no more bowls; new ones did arrive after maybe 15 minutes. Breakfast was a disaster. What a bad way to start a day!

Great location and spacious room. Our room was warm and stuffy initially but keeping the windows helped tremendously. Breakfast was minimal but sufficient and filling with plenty of warm and cold drink options. The pool and jacuzzi area was small but clean. Overall we enjoyed our trip here and would stay again.

The breakfast menu was ok. It got warm/cold if you didn't get there right at 7am. No bacon or sausage as an option. The overnight oats were really delicious. The tables were dirty, you clean up after yourself so they dont get wiped down. Says free breakfast, but your paying $20/night extra. It says for breakfast and parking and amenities. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The staff were really nice! I just didn't like that our room had an ant issue. Along the walls by the big window and on our nightstand between both beds,plus the table with the coffee maker. The pool was heated and nice. The spa was nice,could've been a tad bit hotter. Its a good location if your visiting the wharf,aquarium and cannery row. The pillows sucked, too flat. No microwave in the room. The bed sheets and blankets are white,not a fan of that at a hotel. Overall it was an ok experience. The ants ticked me off. The staff are extremely nice!

We didn’t try the bar, but the continental breakfast was good and as expected. It has traditional breakfast like oatmeal pancakes bagels toast and some fruits and yogurts. Staff was professional, the room was clean.

The AC didn’t work properly, and there was no tea maker in the room. The staff did not walk us to the room, which was unexpected. The bathroom was not clean, and there was no hot water In the restaurant, However, when we asked the reception about the hot water, they fixed it quickly. We missed the first night of our reservation, and although I was hoping for some adjustment, they said no changes could be made, which I understand. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The property was nice, sadly the gym was … sad. The treadmill did not work, no mat, no free weights, oh and the saddest part no towels, they had napkins and a drink fountain with no cups. Otherwise the property and area are beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Oh and we had a great nights rest.

Great place to stay with friendly staff. Breakfast were your basic items, the rooms felt clean and safe. The few cons I had were narrow parking, no microwave and the mini fridge not working. It was a burden to keep refilling the ice bin so that we can keep the baby's milk cold. All in all, a little pricey but a great stay nonetheless.
