The room is equipped with tables and chairs, and the mattress is comfortable. There are plenty of outlets. The bathroom is clean. The flowers and plants in the courtyard are well-tended and blooming beautifully.

Where to begin with this review... I was 45 minutes early and politely asked for an early check in. "That'll be 50 dollars". No thanks. That set the tone for the entire 3 night stay. The bed sheets were so cheap, old and worn, the cotton was "pilled up" in the spots where you would normally lay down on... It was just a constant reminder of how many people had slept on that exact same spot before. Disgusting. The water pressure was deplorable. Took 15 minutes for the shower to get from lukewarm to hot. Also every time any of the neighboring units flushed the toilet the water pressure got even worse. And for what it's worth, the neighborhood is a dump. Stay in Monterey or somewhere else south - avoid Seaside if you can. So many sirens all night long and then the garbage trucks coming to empty the dumpsters at first light made for 3 very rough nights

This is an older motel that has undergone a thoughtful and appealing renovation. It is a budget-friendly option in a good location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Hopefully the owners will be able to also upgrade the plumbing and fixtures in the near future.

One of the shampoo dispensers got unstuck from the wall and fell. Broke a bit. Just left it by the tub. The owner comes to my car and yells you broke this im going to charge you. Then the cleaning lady told him it smelled like mary J. He then accused me if smoking in the room. Yells out im going to charge you xtra 100 gor smoking!. I had some fire on m, but mind you i did not smoke in the eoom !. P.

Room was clean, nothing fancy. Bed comfy, a little noisy due to metal frame. Great hot water and water pressure, IYKYK. Spacious king room. Location worked well for us. Great for the price point.
