"There are truly so many amazing things to say about S Hotel in Montego Bay. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and fun, every single person we encountered went out of their way to make sure we were having the best possible experience. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, the perfect balance of modern design and relaxing luxury. The hotel truly delivers on its promise of boutique luxury. It’s in the thoughtful details: the beautifully designed spaces, the curated daily events, and the overall atmosphere that makes you feel both pampered and completely at ease. The food was outstanding, and each restaurant had its own unique, stylish vibe. The DJ at the pool brought such a great energy, it made every afternoon feel like a celebration without ever being overwhelming. Honestly, we’ve never felt so welcomed or had such a consistently wonderful experience at a hotel. It was unforgettable, and we will absolutely be coming back. Shout out to Andres. "Butler was attentive and took care of all my needs. Bar tenders were amazing and friendly. Food was fair. Restaurants was always book for reservations. Expedia charged me for a swin in suite but put on my reservations a junior suite. Resort did not honor what i paid for. My room was very nice but not what i booked through Expedia. Very angree about that. "
