My stay was impeccable, this was amazing. I read reviews about the property owner Karl that wasn’t too good but I went to stay at his property and although I didn’t meet him in person but He made sure my stay was Perfect. Check in is at 3 and check out is at 11. I’ll definitely be back to sympathy there again…

great location but confirm that the A/C is fixed

The A/C didn't work because the staff said it had a water leak. The trip was the end of June, so it was blazing heat and worse humidity. The staff said there was nothing they could do...they are horribly rude by the way.

The property manager Carl, was very disrespectful. I booked Montego Bay Club Apartments, ocean view. He put me in Garden deach studio Apartments. The Garden beach studio Apartments are not the same as Montego Bay Club Apartments. This is a totally different building. Ill be seeking some form of legal action. I didn't enjoy my stay at all.if you look on the websites where this perticular Apartments managed by Carl. It's a bate and switch, false advertisements.

The exact location was a little tricky but Karl was a phone call away to assist. The building was safe and close to everything, but it’s in need of repairs and updating. The apartment itself met our expectations for the price paid. Loved the balcony to watch sunsets and the hip strip. My family loved the fact that the beach was across the street and dining out was walkable. I would definitely book this place again, only about 10mins to the airport.

It was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby.

HOTEL STAY

The location of this apartment is the best part of the stay. The room is clean and well maintained. Security at front entrance great and very helpful with navigating around the neighborhood. The strip can get sketchy with drug dealers and prostitutes so be careful at night time. 5 mins from the airport. I would recommend this stay only to those that keep a low profile and know how to navigate the street life straight up.

NOT AGAIN

The TV required 2 remotes and sometimes didn't work. Staying on the 10th floor only 1 out of 3 elevators worked. Leaving, trying to get to the PH to get a taxi to the airport the elevator wouldn't fully open and had to push bags to keep doors from closing and force the door open. The porch screen door's screen was ripped apart so had to keep the door shut to keep out the flies so no fresh morning air for the room. Only given 1 roll of extra toilet paper for 2 people for 7 days. Good thing, the room was very clean.

We were not pleased with the following: 1. We were misled with false information on the property. We thought we we were booking for the tower based on the information on Expedia 2.The property appeared to be under construction 3. Water supply was out twice during my 3 nights stay 4. Toilet no flushing properly Please advise the property owners to do some .
