My stay was impeccable, this was amazing. I read reviews about the property owner Karl that wasn’t too good but I went to stay at his property and although I didn’t meet him in person but He made sure my stay was Perfect. Check in is at 3 and check out is at 11. I’ll definitely be back to sympathy there again…

HOTEL STAY

The location of this apartment is the best part of the stay. The room is clean and well maintained. Security at front entrance great and very helpful with navigating around the neighborhood. The strip can get sketchy with drug dealers and prostitutes so be careful at night time. 5 mins from the airport. I would recommend this stay only to those that keep a low profile and know how to navigate the street life straight up.

Loved the location near Doctors Cave Beach, food and shops. Room was very modern and clean. Building is older but location is second to none. Host was extremely responsive and welcoming. If you are taking a taxi, make sure you have the address that takes you to the top road, as there is no access to check in from the strip.

The property manager Carl, was very disrespectful. I booked Montego Bay Club Apartments, ocean view. He put me in Garden deach studio Apartments. The Garden beach studio Apartments are not the same as Montego Bay Club Apartments. This is a totally different building. Ill be seeking some form of legal action. I didn't enjoy my stay at all.if you look on the websites where this perticular Apartments managed by Carl. It's a bate and switch, false advertisements.

We were not pleased with the following: 1. We were misled with false information on the property. We thought we we were booking for the tower based on the information on Expedia 2.The property appeared to be under construction 3. Water supply was out twice during my 3 nights stay 4. Toilet no flushing properly Please advise the property owners to do some .

comfortable but can be better

Overall it was good but property needs a lot of TLC. Its rundown and the parking lot is full of gravel and very small. We had trouble each time we took the car out and we were driving a small Toyota sedan. One bathroom shower barely works. with family of 4 adults, we needed more towels and sheets but we were only given 4 towels for entire stay. No shampoo and conditioner was provided. Best part was the location. It was right across from Doctor;s Cave beach so that is a big plus. Karl was very helpful with answering questions and replying to our messages via Whatsapp

Communication was terrible. Property manager gave a phone number and said we could call or text, but he never answered any of our messages. In the week that we were there we only had 1 hot shower, the rest of the time it was ice cold. The floors were dirty and there were no beach towels. Would not recommend at all!

great location but confirm that the A/C is fixed

The A/C didn't work because the staff said it had a water leak. The trip was the end of June, so it was blazing heat and worse humidity. The staff said there was nothing they could do...they are horribly rude by the way.

The exact location was a little tricky but Karl was a phone call away to assist. The building was safe and close to everything, but it’s in need of repairs and updating. The apartment itself met our expectations for the price paid. Loved the balcony to watch sunsets and the hip strip. My family loved the fact that the beach was across the street and dining out was walkable. I would definitely book this place again, only about 10mins to the airport.

It was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby.

The TV required 2 remotes and sometimes didn't work. Staying on the 10th floor only 1 out of 3 elevators worked. Leaving, trying to get to the PH to get a taxi to the airport the elevator wouldn't fully open and had to push bags to keep doors from closing and force the door open. The porch screen door's screen was ripped apart so had to keep the door shut to keep out the flies so no fresh morning air for the room. Only given 1 roll of extra toilet paper for 2 people for 7 days. Good thing, the room was very clean.

If you’re seeking an over night experience this place is fine as your directly across the street from the beautiful beach, Starbucks and groceries, but anything longer would be dissatisfying. There were 4 of us that stayed for 5 days and was not provided with additional clean sheets, each guest received 1 towel (face and body) and we were told that anything else needed (including paper towels or toilet paper) we have to purchase ourselves. We had holes (kitchen & hallway) in the ceiling that we had to put newspaper in so no creatures could get in, the basic TV wasn't working and they sent over a tech that said he doesn’t know what’s wrong, sadly the blow dryer was not working properly and since the beds with a balcony door was actually the living room space turned sleeping area there was no closet or space to put my clothing so I used a chair and my bed. I was happy for the AC unit in my room only, since the hallway bathroom was a make shift addition it was hot and the AC was not cold at all. The helper Santana was very nice and note the building is old it could be updated a bit. All the best on your decision! Loved my birthday overall.

I enjoyed my stay at this appartment. The room was very clean and the view of the ocean from the balcony is breath taking. Shower had great flow and the wifi worked perfect. I only use the A/C twice durning my 7 day stay as the room stayed cool. The best part is the location to everything. Starbucks is just accross the street and resturants and grocery are just few min walk. I would definitley book another stay.

The location was great. The condo was decent but the building is very outdated. The pool had slime growing in it and did not appear to be taken care or, the power went off 3 times in 7 days with one day it staying off for over 12 hours. While they cannot control the power outage other places had backup generators and this place did not. It seems power outages is common so stay somewhere that is better prepared. They left 2 towels for 7 days…. The bed was comfortable but they left no extra bedding for the futon bed that my son slept on. The elevator didn’t work a few times and I have to walk up/down steps which was a bit much after being out exploring all day. They also have a sign on the fridge that tries to convince people that leaving anything less than a 4 star review is inappropriate. The sign on the fridge is likely why they have high ratings since people follow the directions on the sign. The building wasn’t horrible but it’s very outdated, the room was a little more updated but the tv was in an odd place so you could not really watch while laying in bed. The view was beautiful and it was in a great part of the city so we could walk to things. I would probably not stay there again but I have stayed at worse.
