Ein sehr unhygienesches Appartement!
obwohl in Ihrem Angebot tägliche Reinigung vermerkt war,
wurde nach energischer Nachfrage nur nach jeweil 3 Tagen
gereinigt und Hand-Badetücher gewechselt!
Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt,dass diese Appartements verschiedene
Eigentümer haben und nach deren Vorgaben gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt wird!

I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered.
