"Amazing staff "

"When we arrived at the Ten Hostel there was a note on the door saying we had to check in at the port, which is a 15 minute walk away. We were not informed this upon arrival and were very turned off that check in was not at the property "

"La peor experiencia de mi vida. COCINA: - En las fotos te venden una cocina limpia, excelente y en buen estado. La realidad es que están los armarios tapiados, no hay utensilios y, lo más importante,la cocina está en EL EXTERIOR! Si llueve comemos empapados de agua, por no decir del microondas lleno de agua (nos podíamos electrocutar fácilmente). Paellas quemadas, viejas, un cuchillo totalmente roto, etc. BAÑO: - Compartido, lógicamente. Lleno de vomitados de gente y con un gran olor a...

"Fab little place to stay, very well kept and cleaners were amazing (our twin girls left a drawing and tips for them out of their pocket money:). Sea view room well worth the money as is breakfast. Food in general was great with the only weak point being their pizzas. We ate in the restaurant several times and tipped well so were a little surprised when we were refused simple things to take to the room on the one night we decided to dine in like mayonnaise sachets (which we’d of happily paid for)...

"Great stay, the staff were really friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Great location, perfect pool area for sunbathing and having a few afternoon drinks. Great music and vibe by the pool. Hotel was immaculate, room was just as shown in picture. Hotel is a short and lovely 10-15 minute walk along the promenade to San Antonio and all the bars and nightlife if that’s what you enjoy. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel area also."

"Overall was a good experience. The only downside was the fact that there are two single beds in a couple bedroom. Also the check in rule was after 3pm and check out was before 11am which was a downside. "
