Claire was really helpful and even contacted us ahead to check if we needed early breakfast. He also texted when we left something behind. However gave a lower rating for service as the other staff were not very helpful, and not at all friendly. Not what we expected of a Taiwan 民宿。The bathroom in our room had fungi growing on the cabinet due to the water formed from condensation - should consider better ventilation or an exhaust.

一晚要價近3000，品質卻如台北一個月6000的分租套房，薄薄木頭門、喇叭鎖、廁所更是和網站上照片完全不一樣，房間還一股悶味、一樓大廳也有異味，感受非常差！完全不推薦！

員工很親切，只是待改善的部分真的蠻多的，覺得很可惜

訂單內容錯誤，訂湖景房給我們無景房，沒有對外窗，霉味超級無敵重，房間滿滿蚊蟲，再三確認房間有誤之後，才讓我們換到四樓房間，竟然不是小木屋是本館無電梯的房間，隔音很差，隔壁吹頭髮的聲音都聽得一清二楚，隔天早上8:30不到，屋頂就開始施工，敲敲打打鑽牆樣樣來，打電話告知之後並沒有停止施工，只是聲音變小@@但小孩都被吵醒了，非常令人失望的一次旅行⋯希望能夠改善

非常幸運在花火節期間訂到最後一個背包房床位，民宿地點離煙火施放的停車場不遠，用100元就可以租腳踏車到隔天下午，音樂會中場會冷隨時都可以騎回房間拿外套跟休息。背包房早上大家打包、化妝的聲音會互相影響，乾脆起床出門騎車環湖(這時候有能使用到隔天的腳踏車就很方便)。花了兩個小時邊騎邊拍照，回來剛好可以吃早餐。背包房加80元就可以享用隔壁美式餐廳的早餐，內容很豐富，飲料跟餐點不夠可以續加，沒有蔬菜是比較可惜的一點。

좋아요.

8인 여성도미토리에서 일박했어요. 직원분들 친절했고, 청소상태도 좋았습니다. 근데 침대가 너무 삐걱거려서 조금만 움직여도 신경쓰였어요. 8인1실 화장실, 샤워실 하나 같이 사용해야해서 좀 불편할 줄 알았는데 생각보다 복잡하지 않았어요.

숙박료 비싼 르웨탄에서 저렴한 가격에 시설 좋고 깔끔한 도미토리 묵을 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다! 침대 코드 수 충분하고, 커튼 있어서 프라이빗 하고 매우 청결합니다. 자전거 대여 쿠폰과 보트 쿠폰도 싸게 살 수 있고, 직원 분이 정말 친절하고 좋으셔요! 대만족!

接待員有禮貌，並熱心介紹日月潭各景點、路線及一些注意事項；背包客房牀位外側設有布簾保障私隱，但與鄰牀間的紗簾卻太薄；牀位旁邊設有一層架及牀頭燈，惟層架上積有小量灰塵；浴室較小且乾濕分離不完善，淋浴時要小心濺到衣物；碰巧遇上鼾聲大的會較難入睡，早上會聽到鄰近宮廟響起晨鐘；民宿除了提供價格低廉的背包客房，也有提供湖景套房供客人選擇，以滿足不同客人的住宿需求

整體的印象很完美，但是衛浴間的排水管裡似乎有異味傳出，若能改善，必能製造頂級的民俗風格。

民宿的地理位置很理想，位於龍鳳宮附近，又有停車場，適合全家人自助旅遊。 早上一覺醒來，從房間的落地窗就可以眺望到日月潭的月湖湖面，日出前的紅暈已經高掛在山頭的那一邊，原本以為可以在房間裡看日出，卻被對面的日月行館擋住了視線，真是美中不足。 早餐後又有自行車環湖的套票，不受時間的限制可以任意遨遊，真是「偷得浮生半日閑，幸福到極點」。

不能錯過這裡的溫暖

1.我的眼睛對羽絨過敏，這裡的棉被保暖度很夠，摸起來不像羽絨，比較像羊毛，枕頭應該是羽絨的，但我只住一晚，而且我一直帶著眼科醫師給的藥水在身邊使用，感覺還不是問題。 2.衛浴梳洗除了房內之外，房間外有另一梳妝台，一樓另有一間衛浴，早起可以躲去門外安心梳洗，不用擔心吵到其他需要睡眠的客人。 3.這次參加日月潭的比賽，活動後回來願意提供我們使用衛浴設備梳洗乾淨，非常感恩! 4.很可惜沒能享用到早餐，但有和友人一起點了晚餐，份量十足又美味，吃得非常飽，隔天比賽能順利一定是因為這晚餐! 感謝老闆!! 5.有冰箱可以暫時存放需要冷藏的食物，下次來很希望能夠自炊呢! ^^ 6.友人前來共進晚餐，老闆協助解決停車問題，非常感恩!! 7.這裡真的很舒適，客人員工老闆都很友善，獲得非常棒的一趟旅程!

寝るだけなら良い

中国語は全く、英語もあまり話せない私にも丁寧に対応してくださいました。到着が遅くなってしまいましたが、夕食の食べられる店や、日の出が綺麗な場所を教えてもらい、良かったです。
