It’s a beautiful hotel . Only complaint is Expedia advertised $100 a day food & beverage credit and hotel check in confirmed and at check out Inwas told it’s only a beverage credit . So I was charged for a meal that should’ve been free. Really not cool

I enjoyed my stay at Westgate. My room (double beds) was clean. The Bell desk was very kind to hold my luggage even after check out (I had a late flight out). Furthermore, the monorail has a stop at Westgate which is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the service was top tier except for checkout. I was called to checkout but there was some confusion with the guest in front of me as to which front desk associate was helping who. I was forced to go back in line and made to wait some more which was confusing and embarrassing.
