「Lobby is full of smoking 」

「Cons: Dog area should be more covered, there's zero shade for the dogs. They could add more dietary-friendly items to the menu and deliver to the rooms. Check-in is too late. The property was completely out of doggie bags, despite notifying multiple staff. I think the resort is way under staffed and one of the front desk ladies seems absolutely miserable to the point where she argues with the guests and talks condescending. Pool could use more umbrellas. Pros: dog friendly, without weight...

「Gas station restrooms are more clean than these rooms. Poop on the walls, sheets not clean. It looked like housekeeping simply made the beds from the last guests. There was food in the beds. Office staff had to let us in and out of the rooms because the systems were down for our stay. Only one towel per room and you have to sign a waiver that if you stain the towels you are charged for them. OK, then use that $$ to purchase new towels for the next guest. As a business you are not out any $$...

「Nice cabins located separate from other attractions at Hualapai Point. Great for star gazing since there's no light pollution. Very clean with pleasant staff. I only wish there was a small table to eat on. That said, it was a great stay.」
