「We had a great room looking at the lake, the buffet breakfast was good, pool was big, but not enough lounge chairs. Only issues were no one came to clean the room so trashes got full, we weren’t given extra toilet paper so we ran out of the one, and once home my cousin noticed they charged her card wrong. Could have been better, but we enjoyed ourselves, and the staff were nice, just seemed over worked. 」

「hotel had MOLD. I initially booked for 3 nights. After 1 night I asked for a refund on two nights that I would no longer be staying.. I asked if they can issue that refund they talked to manager and said yes. As we went to send request to Expedia. Studio 6 denied the refund after already sending us on our way and now said " they arent going to refund you anymore sorry, bye" and hung up. Very unprofessional. Horrible Experience. 」

「If you’re looking for a place that is right in the heart of the action at a reasonable price is clean may not be the prettiest place. It is dated. But for what you pay and your location it’s hard to beat.」

「The hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. The bartender wasn’t very helpful when I wanted a coffee instead of an alcoholic beverage. The restaurant service was horrible but I read reviews about that before even going so this review probably won’t change anything either. The guy that runs the ferry in the evening was great. Really need to upgrade the gift shop and what’s available to guests especially since it’s the only option on that side of the lake. The ferry was down on Friday because of...

「Smelly. Dirty. Sheets clearly unchanged from previous guest. Multiple cockroaches. burnt out lights. Battery missing from smoke detector. Definitely overpriced for poor living conditions. Not enough soap and toiletries. Dirty toilet. Paint falling off. Shower damaged. Clearly extremely neglected. 」
