"Room great, staff great, only issue the chair was dirty, need cleaned or replaced, i think a larger tv would be better, over all awesome place to stay"

"Room was great - modern hotel with everything virtually new. Staff were friendly and free breakfast is great. The location is great too, being the closest hotel to London Bridge. The only point to note is that rooms on the highway side of the hotel are quite noisy. The side with the bridge views is much better."

"My sister and her family didnt get a decaf coffee in her room, and the chairs are not that good in my room, needed new chairs. The rest of the amenities, staff, and cleanliness were good."
