Carpets were filthy, elevator had food on the floor, room was dingy in Appearance. Front desk clerk on check in behaved like she was high or hung over both days we were there. Won’t stay there again

Pool was clean. Lounge chairs were broken. Hallway carpet dirty & shabby. Room was OK. Bed was comfy. Towels were clean but I had to always ask for new ones. This property could be great with a little TLC inside and on the grounds. Staff was always very accommodating.

The room looked like it had never been cleaned to the point that my family didn’t want to even sit on the bed. There was stains on the carpet, spiderwebs, and the air conditioner was filthy. It was the worst experience ever had.

I am sorry but this hotel was probably one of the worst we've ever stayed in. Property looks deserted, minus the cars in the parking lot. Our non-smoking room smelled like an old bar with stale cigarettes. No rooms available that we could be moved to. Needed a hair dryer, there wasnt one in the room. Went downstairs to front desk to ask for one, figured they needed to be requested. She said there "should be one in your room", i said there wasnt one, she said "oh". Then she said she would ask one of the long term customer's for one and she would call me. I said there is no phone in the room, she said "oh". She did bring me one and she is why I didn't give this place a one star review. She was very nice and her name was Kristin. For the hotel, what a sad site. I remember the original hotel and this place is still decorated like it was 30 years ago! Except no more kitchen, so no food. The spa was broken, trash on the grounds, the grounds are dead trees, weeds, no lights leading up to the road, our door wouldn't shut unless you pulled on it, housekeeping is there once a week (not a joke) and groundskeeping doesn't exist. What a shame that the owners don't care, clearly they're just greedy. The place has amazing potential but it's falling apart. Oh! Rooms not clean: vomit remnants behind toilet, dog food along wall, upholstery filthy, room smells horrible, I wore my sandals in the room because carpet is so old and crusty. BEWARE!

Terrible the worse nightmare. I have to go to the front desk daily to get a new key not to mention 3 different occasions they rented my room to other guess they just walked in to my room.

I check in Tuesday, every single day I have to request a new key to get into my room. Friday as I was in my room somebody else got into my room. They gave my room to somebody else, my reservation was until Sunday. My key once again stop working. TERRIBLE!

Jacuzzi was out of service, pool was adequate, floor has cracks inside pool, outside needs a good cleaning, looks very not cared for, we saw a nice lady cleaning on our second day, lots of dogs, one elevator broken, parking lot very dark, hallway carpet very dirty, door didnt close in our room, you had to lift it to close it, window trims were missing so lots of light came in, the ac worked great but hallways were very hot, there were roaches in our room, the beds were comfy , shower drained slow and toilets were the size for toddlers, looks nothing like photos, they sell ice and pool closes late, walking distance to riverwalk they male you sign your life away regarding any damages or smoking, the halls smell of weed and the property is in desperate need of cleaning and upgrades, we left our bags in the car so we didnt get any roaches to climb in our bags

Rooms were falsely advertised. Elevator is broken, ice machine broken so they charge you $3 for a bag from the freezer, carpets were disgustingly dirty, moldings and bath tubs had mold, blinds in the room were broken. Worst place I have ever stayed in. Don’t believe the pictures that are on Expedia. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!! I wish I took pictures.

hotel had MOLD. I initially booked for 3 nights. After 1 night I asked for a refund on two nights that I would no longer be staying.. I asked if they can issue that refund they talked to manager and said yes. As we went to send request to Expedia. Studio 6 denied the refund after already sending us on our way and now said " they arent going to refund you anymore sorry, bye" and hung up. Very unprofessional. Horrible Experience.
