Julie is an excellent host and provides prompt communication. The location is excellent and coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, highly recommend and we would love to come back in the future!」

「It was nice and new, large room and clean. We ate dinner at the bar. Ordered the steak it was terrible and got the carrot appetizer the bartender raved about, it was terrible as well. Breakfast was very good and the staff was welcoming. Not much around the hotel for other dinning or entertainment options. You’d have to drive.」

「Nice big room, comfortable bed. Everything very clean and well appointed. 24/7 Continental breakfast was so convenient with a wide variety of choices to meet everyone’s needs, including gluten-free, dairy, free, etc. The outdoor deck is getting a little worn, but perfectly comfortable with nice seating. Really enjoyed how the room opened onto the front deck if you wanted to pop outside real quick or sit out at the table. It was a lovely spot very close to town. Really a great place to stay.」

「I travel often. First time writing a bad review. The rooms in the Holiday inn express in Montgomery New York were so dirty!! I actually feel bad for man at front desk. It's not his fault. It's the company that should replace the filthy rugs and moldy bathrooms. I will never stay in a holiday inn express again. The reviews I read had to be false. It's in a great location. Could be so nice if it was clean. 」

「No free water!!! Bad attitude at the front desk」

「The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...
