Desayunos con muy pero muy pocas opiniones y tampoco para nada buenos ni saludables los Pancake demasiado pequeños no parecían Pancake la Habitación q me dieron según eran dos camas Queen no eran para nada Queen eran Full y los Colchones horriblemente duros parecía q estaba acostada sobre tablas tengo problemas de espalda esos dos días fueron terribles para mi apenas dormí el televisor no funcionaba el control y no tenía opciones para poner YouTube o cualquier otra aplicación del teléfono.. honestamente nada agradable mi estancia gracias a Dios solo fueron dos días y no creo regresar las habitaciones las limpian bastante bien con excepción del piso, que noté que no pasaron el vacuum el día que tocó limpieza mientras yo estaba todavía en el hotel y muy pocas toallas y poco papel de Baño por eso le doy 1 estrella por algunos detalles buenos. Pero definitivamente no lo recomiendo

A steal, honestly. Very clean - we got a big room. The pool was clean. You do have to ask for towels and sheets for the sofa bed, I guess to control what goes out.

Our second time here. The place is clean although starting to show some wear and tear with stains on carpeting and peeling paper. Staff is friendly. I do however, wish they would buy top sheets that actually fit the beds. This seems to be a Holiday Inn Express thing. Every one I have stayed in has short sheets!! It's annoying as all heck.

When checking in I asked about the pool, was not told until day 6 that they were waiting on parts to heat the pool and pool room. Needless to say, my grandchildren attempted to swim in cold water and the pool room was cold. Not very good customer service at the front desk. Then upon checkout, there was no notice in my account about a cash deposit to be returned and I had forgotten about it until 3 hours into our trip home to Georgia. When I called and asked about it the GM wasn't available until Monday. When she called me back she wanted to put cash in the mail, and said that I had to pay for the shipping on it and was very nasty to me as if it were my own fault because I used cash and forgot about it.

Everything was good except the bright blinking light on the fire alarm in the room it lit up the room every 8 seconds and was very disruptive to sleeping. Also being on 1st floor was not ideal with a noisy parking lot as well. Everything else was acceptable and its location is ideal to a lot of activities in the area.

The staff was the best part. They were wonderful, very kind, very friendly, very efficient. Excellent staff indeed. The breakfast was good, generous in amounts. The sausage was a little bland. The property itself was nice, a little utilitarian in appearance, but large rooms and a convenient second sink. The location was the toughest part, right along the highway and amidst other highway businesses. To be fair, that is what would be expected for most hotels -- they are mostly along highways and along other businesses that would be found along highways. However, it was far from the train station-- again another thing that cannot be helped. While its location is probably the norm for most hotels, it did make it difficult to get to and from the Venue for the wedding. All-in-all the hotel served its purpose admirably, with excellent staff and good breakfast food and very serviceable facilities.

Ice machine out of order although bagged ice was provided. Pancake machine out of order . meat patties dry . Coffee pale. No hot oatmeal. Pool closed for maintenance. Seemed room over price.

The fire alarm went off at 7am and the lady at the front desk was a bit rude. My friends had there handicapped grandparents staying there and no one thought to help them get evacuated. The staff had an attitude when they were trying to go to their room until my friends spoke up and said they had people in a wheelchair. And only then did they offer to help. The situation could have been handled with more professionalism despite it being 7am
