"We have chosen economy room which is kind of underground, i don't think this is clear enough from the description of the room. Room was very small so was the bathroom. Room had 2 small windows with a view to respectfully a wall/small inner yard. So, no light! There were cats all around in this yard so we couldn't keep windows open in the night as cats could come in. There was mold on one of the walls. "

"We stayed in the standard suite on the first floor, smaller room but it was very clean, organized well and sufficient for two people. Very helpful staff, walking distance to ferry terminal, buses, cabs and the Kadıköy center.
If you’re a light sleeper though, city never sleeps so expect some street noise and due to the historical building wood floors, some noise from within.
I’d recommend this place for sure."

"We stayed only one night at the hotel.
Overall the experience was ok.
On negative side: The room was quite small and we've heard the HVAC unit make noise during the all night.
On positive side: the team is welcoming and the hotel is well placed in the middle of Kadikoy."

"Excellent Location, rooms are exactly as the pictures show, impressive view of the sea, based on a very central location with minimum noise. Very friendly and responsible staff. In the future hopefully they add netflix. Rooms are small and cozy. Ideal for a couple nights of stay."

"The location was great, one entrance had Riverside access and the other one took you right into the old town.
The hotel and grounds were lovely, beautifully decorated, colourful and tranquil.
The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. I had a room near the front door to start which was a nuisance because I could hear the door constantly slamming but the reception staff kindly relocated me to the top floor which was very quiet and relaxing.
The staff couldn't do enough for you and they were very polite, professional, informative and well presented.
I only ate breakfast which was good quality and more than plenty of choice for all dietary requirements, plenty of choice.
I could not fault this hotel really.
I didn't try the spa but it looked good in the room brochure. If I was to visit Istanbul again I would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend it."
"Lovely old fashioned hotel with original architecture and design, with all modern comforts. Perfect location for walking by the sea. Great food, spectacular rooftop terrace. "
"The staff was spectacular and always attentive. The room also was great and the housekeeping as well . The concierge lounge was great and the food and drink options as well ."
