I continue to stay st this hotel when I visit the area. It continues to excel and exceed expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, and the property as a whole is kept in excellent condition. I can recommend it to anyone who enjoys a peaceful, clean, experience, and I learned how pet friendly they are as we brought our recent “new family member” Maltese Terrier along for the first time. They couldn’t have been more accommodating.

This was a very pleasant experience, it is a small unique boutique hotel with an excellent restaurant, and an art gallery in the lower level. Staff was very accommodating, bed and bedding, very comfortable, could use an update to storage for guest clothing, adding more drawers space. Highly recommend for both business and pleasure.

The staff were super friendly, they helped reserve a taxi for me the last night because I had an early flight. Helped out so much. The only thing I found that was an in incidence was the elevators. Sometimes they would allow me to go to my floor (4) and sometimes the button wouldn’t work. I’d still recommend this hotel though.

Good memories, not the right place.

It was over all bad with poor service, the guy on the reciption desk did not speak English at all and was not helpful. We aasaked for iron they bring us the iron and with no table they said use the bed to iron ur clothes!! Also the shower door did nott close, the flush in the toilet was damaged and kept making noise all night.curtains were bad and light would come in the room early in the morning. The bold old guy was the only good thing in the hotel.

I continue to stay at this property whenever I am in Istanbul. The staff are outstanding, from the desk to the room attendants, they are always willing to go the extra mile. My wife decided that their sheets were so soft and comfortable, that she wanted to know where she could purchase some for our home. They were so accommodating that they offered to sell her some from their own stock that had not been used as yet. Then she decided she needed the matching pillowcase, and they once again offered to sell her some new ones. Now I am not suggesting that you go to the hotel, and ask to buy their linens, I am only pointing out how they “make the extra effort” to accommodate a guest when they can. We took our small dog with us, and the restaurant made an extra effort to make food for him. Without a doubt, they are a “first class” operation and if you want to be treated like a valued person, give them the opportunity to serve you.. As a side note, I have been to this hotel a few times previously, but I continue to be surprised by their “quality people” and how they have been trained in customer service.
