"Every detail was considered for the ultimate relaxing stay. The meals were great, the lobby always had refreshments and the massaging chair in the room was perfect. The main draw to staying here was the hot springs. I was relieved that my tattoo was not an issue in the baths. I would love to come back and stay longer next time!"

"Ski in/out係最大優點同環境靚，我住3人房，房間足夠3人用夠大，乾淨，有投射可睇YouTube or Disney等…，酒店有shuttle接送到溫泉街或藏王纜車站，就算一個人都接送非常窩心。 唯一缺點，廁所非常非常細/狹窄，六呎高人士可能頂頭，男士坐在廁所對腳會頂住道門，浴缸又細又深，舊式水喉要好大力開關才不漏水，洗手盆邊發霉。間房好好，但個廁所就好差，反差好大😅"
