Great location for Onsen and very good breakfast

Hotel staff was helpful in recommending sights and eats. Room was clean and parking was easy/plentiful. Breakfast was very good!

乾淨、舒適的住宿，但是價格偏高。

飯店對面就是滑雪場&纜車，風景很漂亮，晚餐、早餐都很豐盛，服務人員基本英文溝通還ok，餐廳服務員，當天有中國籍服務生，所以沒有用英文溝通到。泡湯乾淨但是不大。

近纜車站, 滑雪場就在前方。但離巴士站要15分鐘腳程。酒店有巴士接送。晚餐很好。服務員會介紹。滿意。

Staff are phenomenal. Unfortunately the room was not worth the money. Extremely stained carpet, wallpaper coming loose, toilet not working properly, old dated and not very inviting. The same goes for the onsen area. There is no laundry service either and it does smell smokey. The location is great, only 7min walk from bus terminal, right opposite of ski lifts and again the staff are phenomenal.

山形名物ありの朝食

２度目の滞在でした。周辺の店は早々に店じまいし、昨年は外で夕食を食べるにも不自由だったため、 今回は夕食付きにしました。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、山形のだしやいも煮があったのが嬉しかったです。機会がありましたら、また利用したいと思っています。

滑雪場與纜車站旁的好飯店

飯店離藏王溫泉巴士站走路大約10分鐘，房間非常寬敞舒適，飯店人員服務非常棒，從走廊的落地窗看出去的風景非常漂亮，二樓浴池24小時開放隨時可泡湯放鬆

スキー場隣接ホテルならある程度の諦めも必要。

夕食をとるところが近くに少なく、強いて言えば満足な質の料理を食べれるところがない(我慢すればいいかもしれないが)。 ホテルの夕食は事前予約制で、当日は事前であっても予約を受け付けてくれないので要注意。朝食はビジネスホテルよりも種類があるが、質のほどは中の下レベル。スキー場隣接ホテルならこれくらいなのかと。 遅いチェックインだったが、温泉に入れたのは良かった。

Nice hotel across from Zao Ropeway

Awesome friendly staff, I enjoyed the hot springs and hiking at the top of the ropeway. Taxi dropped me at the wrong hotel and someone came right away to pick me up. They went out of their way to have a staff member that spoke English there when I checked in.
