「The parking lot is not attached to hotel building but they provide transportation services, not very convenient however acceptable. Room is nice and comfy. Best feature of this hotel is the public hot spring! Well maintained and spacious, I like it so much thus used 4 times during my 2 nights stay. My family enjoyed the snacks they offered. 」

「原以為是很老舊飯店，看評價也還好，不太抱期待，但到櫃檯，第一驚豔是櫃檯有會說一點中文的日本人員，親切的幫我們介紹。第二驚豔是沒想到有溫泉可泡，還有戶外湯，可賞雪。第三驚豔，一開房門，看到很大的空間，且感覺溫馨舒適。真的超讚，大推。唯一缺點是暖氣機老舊，沒有溫熱功能的馬桶，冬天上廁所冷冷的。飯店旁邊就是很美的白鬚瀑布，步行2分鐘,超近。」

「在出發前見到差的評論，心里有點擔憂，不過現在多了很多人把自己的問題說是别人的問題。 在酒店資料中，知道職員外語能力有，但他們盡力溝通，有關酒店内的事情，已有日文清楚說明的。 我想酒店的問題是中央空調，在同區多間酒店也一樣；另欠缺洗頭水等用品。」
