Soak in the natural hot springs at Tomamu Resort while gazing at Hokkaido's snow-capped mountains through floor-to-ceiling windows. Ski pristine powder in winter or hike through wildflower meadows in summer at Hoshino Resort's expansive alpine terrain.

One of the best hotel chains in Japan. Lots of Asian and local tourists but I didn't see any westerners!

Fun for a night stay with good hot bath (Onsen, 41 deg C) and golfing.
