「There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. It wasn't until I was circling back around the hotel that my partner came outside and said someone finally showed up at the front desk. Absolutely ridiculous. 「Enjoyed the breakfast buffet」

「The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms were clean. We did try to go to the pool but when we opened the door there was a very strong smell of chlorine. More than usual. So much my eyes were burning. We decided not to get in. Very sad because one of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool. Yet, overall our experience was very good.」

「Breakfast was OK. However there was no fresh fruit or fruit of any kind. This is the second Spark Hotel I have stayed at. In both cases the orange juice was watery . I couldn’t drink it. The coffee was very good.」

「This property has a traditional and country club vibe. It sits on 20 acres which would be lovely for a wedding or event. It’s obviously an older property but has been kept well. It was pretty empty when we arrived for an overnight stay and the cars are parked behind the building to the right when you drive up. We did not partake in dinner or breakfast.」

Sausages wasn't DONE AT ALL ! if you not going cook the food right don't have HOT BREAKFAST !」

「The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.」
