「Very clean and quiet with several amenities including free breakfast and a pool with long open hours. Hit a snag at check in when our room wasn’t ready, but I believe that is not a regular occurrence and they were just unexpectedly short staffed. There was a woman named Zoe working the front desk and she was wonderful! The bar was also not well stocked. We would stay here again though! It’s definitely a wonderful option for larger families to stay in a suite rather than booking two rooms.」

「The staff was friendly. The room was clean and linens on the bed were made well. I slept better than usual in a hotel. The physical facilities were old and needed work but this did not hinder our stay. It was an ok place to stop for the night. I would stay again.」

「Check-in and check-out are very fast. There are shopping malls and supermarkets around, which is convenient for shopping.」

「We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

「Although we have stayed in many Hampton Inn’s before, unfortunately this was the worst. Despite requesting non-pet room, our first room smelled like a dog and we couldn’t even sit in one of the chairs. We were moved to another room that seemed fine until we were getting ready for bed and realized the ceiling was leaking and the bed was soaking wet. On to our third room (at 10pm). In this room, the entire clothes hanging bar in the closet was missing so obviously no hangers or a place to hang...
