「This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. 「When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! 「Only they stayed here one night as we were traveling down to South Carolina, but I thought the hotel was beautiful easy check in with a digital key. They had a beautiful pool with hot tub and they had a very nice gym. My husband went and enjoyed the breakfast, although I didn’t get to go down to look at it, but he did say it was very good.!! Easy access right off i95!! Great hotel! Nice price. Clean rooms! 」

「While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property.」
