「I had a very unsatisfactory stay at this hotel. There were bugs constantly appearing on the bed, and when I reported this issue to the hotel staff, they responded by saying the bugs were harmless and had no intention of addressing the problem. Such an attitude towards customer service is completely unacceptable. It was absolutely disgusting to see bugs crawling out of the bed repeatedly. 「Loved the location! Perfect for the metro to and from Linate airport and so easy to walk into central Milan. The apartment is super quiet despite being in such a busy area. Absolutely loved it!」
