「We did not have hot water in our shower nor did we have electricity in our bathroom. The front desk person was not any help as I launch our complaint. So we did not get a shower for the day. Hopefully the hotel will give us some kind of refund. But this front desk person kept saying go get your refund from Expedia. We will see」

「The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I loved that they had a tribute to all military members with different memorabilia and information from each of the wars. I’m always proud to stay in a place that supports our service members.」

「Excellent hotel to stay at, close to restaurants, stores for shopping, and easy access to highways. Facility was clean, and the rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable.
Definitely a place to stay at while in Grand Rapids.」
