「The location was very convenient, which is why we booked here since it was the closest option to Legoland. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The linens did not seem properly maintained, the sofa bed sheets had hair on them, and the main bed sheets had visible stains. The room felt unclean overall, which made the stay uncomfortable. We expected a much higher standard of cleanliness from a Marriott hotel.」

「Very disappointed not to be allowed to use the Pool on day of check out. It was literally empty & they wouldn't look at me in for like an hour before we got in the Road.

「There is was no housekeeping to clean the room. We had to call front desk to get clean towels and while staying we emptied our trash cans daily. Honestly I am not sure how the hotel can justify charging the resort fees when I was the housekeeper during my 5 days stay. We did have Wi-Fi but that was the only perk that we received during our stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
This seems to be a common issue with hotels since Covid charging resort fees and not providing anything in...
