「Prefect hotel for my visit in UES. Staff was nice, Rooms arent huge but they were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Plus there was a nespresso machine and complimentary bottled water so convenient for an early cup of coffee. I would definitely stay here again. Note that there are at least 4 steps to enter lobby. 」

「James was very personable and professional in welcoming us. Room was tastefully furnished, bed very comfortable. At breakfast, the attentive service, delicious food, and peaceful ambiance provided a perfect way to start the day! 」

「Pros: Hotel is clean. Pillow is very comfy. Location is convenient close to Fulton St Station and many downtown attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: no coffee maker at room, room temperature can only be adjusted up to 74 degrees, which was too cold for us. # please note there will be $100 deposit and $20 facility fee per night. 」
