「Air conditioning was not working. But luckily it cooled down enough at night to make it bearable. The room and the balcony were great as was the staff. 」

「The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back」

「My wife and I stayed at the Roehm House. It was awesome. Quiet, well maintained and friendly staff. We will book a stay again, when we travel back to Detroit. The only downside was no Continental Breakfast. But I understand the reason because of some renovations. With that said, it easy within easy walking distance to several restaurants. 「The Element is in a great location. The room was very nice and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I liked the view and the kitchenette. Overall and excellent place to stay during the Movement festival.」
