Great hotel. Sent an email request to the front desk and got the room preference we requested for. Traveled with kids who enjoyed the hotel as well. Short drive to amazing restaurants serving middle easter cuisine.

We found all the staff - particularly breakfast staff to be delightful. Everyone we encountered (front desk, maintenance just in the halls) were friendly and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very good - great selections and tasty. Very convenient to the Henry Ford and Greenfield Village. Definitely recommend!

It probably was one of the cleanest, friendliest hotel we have been to for a while (like 2020 or earlier). It is a very fancy hotel with bell boys and valet parking due to construction work going on in the parking lot. I'm kind of a more simpler type of person but really no complaints about the red carpet type of a place. They all cooed over our dog. We truly enjoyed our stay there.
