Staying at this hotel was a good choice. Near free-trolly stop. A CVS is located across the street. One block from beach. And beach service is included on price (umbrella and 2 chairs). Affordable price. Room has a full kitchen.

I stayed at this property as I was in town for a weeding. It’s very clean and the room is beautiful with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, iron ironing board etc. the location of the property is amazing ! It’s literally steps from the beach so you will not need to pay for transportation the beach! You can ask the front desk for a ticket and when you take it to the beach they give you free chats and an umbrella. The only negative about this property is the bar is not functional so if the bar is a needed perk for you this won’t be a sport for you as the bar is only there for decoration. You are steps away from a bar so it wasn’t a big deal the bar is right by the beach. The other negative was the toilet in our room would not flush properly. I would stay here again it was a amazing stay.

Here’s the translation: “The hotel left us without water for more than two hours and without internet, and we, the guests, had to figure it out ourselves since they never informed us about the problem. After leaving the hotel, I wrote to them requesting a credit, but it seems they gave us a fake email address because I’ve written more than four times and haven’t received any response. I recommend that if something like this happens to you, don’t leave the hotel until you get an explanation or a credit.”

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great.. just a short walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. The beach access was a huge plus, and having a washer and dryer in the unit made things so convenient for our family. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating — they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a great value and perfect spot for a Miami Beach getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

Buena atención del personal, lugar muy tranquilo para estar en familia, cerca de la playa y el único motivonpor el que no le doy 5 estrellas en todo es porque el baño necesita reparación en la parte de la ducha, no echaba casi agua y el piso y las paredes no estaban en buenas condiciones, en la parte del lavamanos y la tasa sanitaria si estaba en buenas condiciones

How is this place still in business?? The place is completely outdated/dilapidated and the service was horrendous. A smoke detector in my room started beeping due to low battery at 3am, no one was at the front desk and when I called the hotel number - no one was around to fix it for hours so I did not sleep at all that night. They also put me on the first floor which was less than 10 feet from the street so I heard everything. I asked to be moved and they said they couldn't do anything. I told them about the smoke detector the next morning - they sent someone to try to fix it twice, on the third try he finally fixed it but when I asked if the hotel could do anything to reimburse me, they just brushed me off. If you are a woman and reading this, please don't make the same mistake I did by staying at this hotel.

I liked the feel of the place like an apartment in a big city next to the beach. Stores and restaurants were close by or walkable. It didn't feel anything like a cramped hotel room.

The rooms were cleaned every 2-4 days and weee sanitary. We did move a sofa and noticed dust in the corner. Also the floors always remain slightly sandy. It would be great to give each room a broom and dustpan. There were plenty of towels. The beach chair service was great. Staff was responsive to requests but not overly helpful. That seems to be the Miami Beach status quo! It was a good value if you make reservations in advance.

I checked in and went to my room only to find that it had an overwhelming odor of bug spray. It burned my nose and made my eyes water. I went back to the registration desk and was told that they did not have another room for me at the rate of the room I paid a non-refundable charge but they could give me a different room for an up-charge. I did not stay at that hotel and I did not get a refund. Filthy conditions and terrible business practice. I will be challenging this charge on my CC with my bank.
