Beautiful hotel. Staff was amazing. Adorable room. Loved the library for drinking my morning coffee. Only complaint is the website said there was a section of the beach that had chairs for hotel guests but when I asked at front desk where that was they just handed me a beach chair that I had to carry to the beach myself . Pool area is amazing, I was there during the week and could have any chaise lounger I wanted and it was so comfortable . I will absolutely stay again!

I booked this hotel and added protection just in case I ended up not going and I states reading the reviews and read that bed bugs was a problem and canceled the room and got 0$ back I was scammed out of my room and the rooms was really small I stoped by and took a look at them

Hotel is very nice. room very small but nicely decorated. only issue was with pool parties on weekends that i was not aware of, but they offered alternative option in a hotel nearby.

To start, staff at check in laughed at me for requesting an early check in stating there was a queue despite me being the only person in the lobby, only for there to be a shift change and to be quickly accommodated less than one hour later. No Prosecco as promised upon arrival. $45 daily resort fee that does not provide any amenities because there are only 8 first come, first serve pool lounge chairs, nor does it provide any beach chairs since they are also first come, first serve & despite advertising a "partnership" with Boucher Brothers on the beach, it still cost me $100+ for two beach chairs, one umbrella and two waters, so remind me again of the resort fee's purpose when this hotel could hardly be described as a resort? Not to mention this hotel advertises itself as something it's not - it falls very short of being a luxury boutique hotel with direct beach access when in reality it's located in an alleyway & you have to walk several blocks to get to a public beach. The room was not clean on arrival, there were 4 cans and a used beverage cup in the fridge and the bathroom products were not stocked nor refreshed at any point during the stay unless specifically requested. The shower quite literally flooded the entryway every time it was used to the point that when the floorboards near the bathroom door were stepped on, water seeped out from under them. Also for being located in an alleyway, the hotel is not secure even at late night hours. Have a goodtime elsewhere!

Der Vibe stimmt hier einfach. Stylisches Boutique-Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einer Atmosphäre, die perfekt zu Miami Beach passt – entspannt, modern und ein bisschen verspielt. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen und gut betreut. Die Lage ist top: zentral in Miami Beach, alles Wichtige ist schnell erreichbar – Strand, Restaurants, Cafés und Nightlife. Genau das, was man für einen Miami-Trip braucht. Insgesamt ein rundes Gesamtpaket: tolles Design, gute Stimmung, großartiger Service und eine perfekte Lage. Definitiv eine Empfehlung und gerne wieder.

The location was great! 6 minutes walking distance from the beach and all restaurants on the Main Street! The design of the hotel and the room design was very unique/cool and trendy! Everything was very clean. The room was on the smaller side but great big bed, amazing huge window with a great view! Loved staying here with my husband and hope to return again.

We needed a hotel for the College Football Championship game and completely hit the jackpot. This is an amazing hotel in the absolute best location. The decor aligns with the feel of Miami and its cool vibe with pinks and beautiful accents (wicker lamps, poofs with finge, etc.). We enjoyed the gorgeous pool despite a few morning sprinkles. Hector and Diego accommodated our drink requests also providing good information on the pool party at Strawberry Moon. The happy hour menu is exactly what we needed with a few bites at very reasonable prices. We’d read the rooms are small but didn’t feel cramped in any way. There’s plenty of room for two people with a well-designed use of space. I even took a work conference call in the library which provided a comfortable and accommodating space with a bonus beautiful backdrop. Finally, the physical gym space is small but again, the hotel thoughtfully made it accessible to an outdoor deck to enjoy a view while you work out. The goodtime provided the BEST time!

The rooms are small, very Euro. The staff were extremely helpful. It was walking distance to South Beach, and other restaurants. Food delicious and bar service was extremely efficient. This was a busy weekend, College National Champioships, lots of parties, and Pool parties were outstanding!!! Salt water pools, could use more poolside seating, but for first time in Miami, this was a great experience. I will be back.
