Staff was rude. Bathroom shower curtain had mildew stains. Hair was on the toilet and in the shower. Pulled back the linen on the bed and there was hair in the sheets. Towels were old and mismatched. This was a horrible experience!

No towels at all bathroom sink had toothpaste in the sink from last guest and bathtub had hair in it. The staff wasn’t very welcoming other then that it was a place to sleep

The staff was mostly friendly. There is places to eat around the hotel but need to take the bus or trolley to do anything besides swim at the beach. Room was decent but had to go get clean towels and toilet paper everyday.

The parking was the MAIN issue. I was guided by the front desk employee to park across the parking garage with re-entry. I paid for the parking then later went out and was told that there is no re-entry causing me to waste my $30. The attitude of both attendants in the front desk was poor

Only book for under $100. Only good quality was the location to the public beach. Staff was unfriendly and lazy. Trash was left on the patio and in the lobby for days. You only recieve one tiny half sized towels for the room and you cant even adjust the thermostat.

I was nervous beginning when I read all the review but everything was ok when I checked in ,, Grear location and everything was ok not like everything said in bed review … remember you got what you paid for .. small room small shower but very quiet and close to the beach ,,, air conditioner running all day long and comfy .. Air conditioning was cold but not controlled from inside the room. The staff was nice. Property needs serious upgrading for this area. One towel per person and one partial roll of TP for the day. Plus cleaning was only done at request.
