"I travel often and usually start to look for a hotel when I want to end my driving. I was so happy to find this hotel. Every bit of the experience from the time I walked in to check in to the time I left was very very good. The friendly staff, the cleanliness and the service was absolutely wonderful. You will not be disappointed staying here."

"This place needs an update. The air conditioner/heater was so loud I had to turn it off even after the staff said there was nothing they could do. The toilet had stains in it. The furniture was in poor shape. And this poor rating is for the mini-suite!"

"The bathroom was dirty with stickies from previous guest still present. Hair on the floor and on the curtain in the bathroom. The floor was dirty and the staff that helped me when checking in was very rude. Not very hospital at all. I was only greeted with hospitality when checking out."

"During our stay, both the hotel lobby and our room had an unpleasant smell. We requested towels from the front desk, and they were never delivered Also , housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The next day, we asked again for towels and washcloths and were told housekeeping would bring them, but they never did. I eventually went downstairs and found housekeeping myself— they only had two towels and no washcloths, which were taken from a black garbage bag. Overall, I rate this hotel 0/10. I would not recommend staying here, especially with children."
