"Had minor issues during check-in as there was some unexpected plumbing issue due to which water supply to all rooms was stopped. Staff was very proactive in resolving the issue within hours. Staff is very friendly and helpful in providing tips on local places and restaurants. Rooms are clean and close to mall and restaurants. Breakfast in hotel is excellent and with many options."

"My girlfriend and I had a great 3-day stat at the Principe hotel in Feb 2026 for a phenomenal price. The hotel was very nice, quite and clean with large rooms. We actually got moved right away to a far larger room (for no charge) because the A/C in our first room was not working properly. The staff could not have been nicer. The location of the property in the nice and safe Congrejo neighborhood was great, with plenty of good restaurants steps away. In truth, the Principe was one of the best stays/deal I have ever had in my travels. "
