「The staff was amazing! Everyone was very helpful even before I arrived. When I got there, I was alone and they helped me with my very heavy suitcase. The gentleman had the apartment ready with music, lights on, and snacks. The place was very clean and the decor was flawless. It's a little inconvenient if you arrive late because the entrance to the lobby needs keycard to open, I arrived late and I couldn't get in and was lost for a while.」
