「This is so rundown, no housekeeping, no actual towels for showers, refrigerator in room didn't work nor did the elevator 」

「No attendant on site upon arrival and had to wait for checkin.」

「Meh. It was ok and the price is cheap so I wouldn’t expect much. But it’s old and my room smelled like an old hotel」

「internet was fast, I didn't use the pool, but check your alarm clocks in the room, because mine went off at midnight and woke me up out of a dead sleep. The hotel itself was quiet all night」

「If you have bad knees and severe arthritis like me THERE’S NO ELEVATOR DO NOT STAY HERE unless you can carry your luggage up flights of stairs. For me it was a struggle that left me in tears. The room was OK, room lighting is dark, a bit of mold, a dingy bathtub, broken thermostat button, but decently clean. The desk guy was nice, but casually told me after check-in there’s no elevator. No offer of help. I can’t comment on the breakfast the stairs hindered that trip. 」

「This is our third stay here. We work alot in this area alot.. We love it here its not in a congested spot very quiet and out of the way a bit ,but still have direct access to the highway. Always friendly service, hot showers, and comfortable beds. Everything seems to be new. I think they went through renovations. We will be coming back! Never have had an issue here. 」

「I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). 」

「We were desperate and traveling with small children so we had to stay one night at this hotel. It took going through four different rooms before one was somewhat acceptable. There were stains on the matress and bedding, bugs in the room, no shower curtain in one room we went through, food and garbage on the floor. The tile in the bathroom was dirty. This hotel deserves to be turned into the local health department. 」
