"Room was nice. However, lights or outlets didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work neither. There were other guests that were running the hall and slamming doors between 12-2am. Other than that the room it set was nice "

"It was a good stay, the only problem this time was no wifi or Internet.. we stay here quite often , this is the first time we have had this problem. Otherwise it's always a great stay."

"No microwave in room. Coffee is HORRIBLE. There are signs posted for $15 overnight parking and I was definitely charged $20. Not alot offered for the price of the room. We stayed twice in 6 months and the renovations seem to have gone nowhere. I was less than impressed. "

"Everything was fine except the pool & hot tub were closed for repairs which really disappointed our granddaughter. The plans were that she would come over & use the pool with Grandma & Grandpa while we were visiting. "

"The room we got initially we had problems with the entry key not working. What a pain to experience. Finally had to take a different room and not what we registered for."
