"We had just spent 10 days traveling staying in different hotels was tired when we arrived on Sunday March 15 in a cold down pour the young man greeted us with warm greeting and a smile made sure everything we needed for the was taken care of he was by the best receptionist of the entire trip made are last stay special the room and all acdations where great thank you Larry Doom"

"The Elevator was out and had been out for over 2 months and wasn't expected to be fixed for another month. We received an email from the hotel the morning of check in advising us, But at that point we had no choice but to stay there the whole town was booked up. My wife is handicapped and we were staying 3 nights had lots of luggage. It also took about 30 minutes for check in as the lady was on her cell phone with multiple personal calls with grandkids.. Also my room never had room service no towels replaced. I went to the desk to ask for more towels and was told she was too busy and I'd have to come back later. Just an awful experience over all.. "

"Our stay was very disappointing. Hotel had a rating of an 8 but the whole 3 days we stayed there was no internet, no working elevator, on cleaning service,(had to take out our own trash), no linen exchange,(asked on day 2 for clean towels and were told multiply times the wash was not done and then several hours later told if we bring out towels to them they would wash. Also ants in the room and dresser taped shut so they would not fly open. Breakfast was good. "

"Overall everything was nice and good. Would probably stay there again. The only issues we had was that there was not enough parking with a full hotel and some trucks taking numerous spots. The other issue was that the water was lukewarm. "

"The Property is in a good location close to Civic center. The place is clean, the staff is responsive, and they have a basic continental breakfast. This is a great stay for the price. "

"The Embassy has all the amenities you would expect. It is just in major need of updating. Our rooms door looked like it had been prayed open at some point and not really repaired. The couch was lumpy and had stains on it. The tv remote in the living area did not work. When we asked about it they didn’t even say ok, we will get you a new one. The just said it probably needs batteries, didn’t offer to fix it. We did find out that the bedroom one worked the living room tv. "
