"I felt safe & the lady at the front desk is extremely kind & helpful. The room was spacious & it was clean. I only stayed 1 night before leaving on a cruise. Ignore the bad reviews, great location & value! I would stay again!"

"Front desk would not let us have a ground level room after stating there were plenty available because we look like we are able to take the stairs. The place was also disgusting. Multiple bugs in the room and hairs all in the shower and toilet seat!! Gross. Do not recommend."
