"The hotel was nice. I really like the dove products in the rooms and the staff were nice, my only bad takeaway was that jacuzzi jets didn’t really bubble and the chairs and floors were a little dirty. Other than that I would stay again"

"This property was clean the whole hotel smelled of heavy marijuana use.we were on floor 2 and it was a no smoking floor I am sure that applies to marijuana! We had middle school boys with us for a bakeball tournament everytime they were in tha halls and elevators they smelled like marijuana. Staff just shrugged it off."

"The staff were incredible, very respectful and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no hot water to be had for the shower even though the faucet was indeed turned to ‘H’. Overall, bed was comfortable, and it was an okay place to spend a night or two for the price."

"I was really disappointed with my stay. While the lobby is beautiful and gives a great first impression, the rooms do not live up to it at all. Our room was not clean upon arrival—there was hair in the shower and visible trash, dust, and dirt throughout the room, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The room was also freezing and never warmed up properly, making it hard to relax. Several amenities were either misrepresented or inconvenient. The hot tub was out of service; we were told only the jets were down and that we could still sit in warm water, but it wasn’t functioning at all. We also had to be let into the pool each time, which we were not informed about ahead of time and found inconvenient. Breakfast was another frustration. We were told it ran until 11:00 a.m., but it actually ended at 10:00. We missed it by five minutes despite having prepaid, which felt unfair and poorly communicated. The staff were mostly polite, though some interactions felt curt and not particularly welcoming. Overall, between the cleanliness issues, outdated rooms, broken amenities, and miscommunication, the stay did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again."

"Room was very clean & smelt fresh, breakfast was good. I had to call front desk for a fresh set of towels & got no answer but they were busy with a line of customers because I walked down to get the towels. "
