"I arrived on an evening with storms and heavy fog. The front desk clerk was mildly friendly and provided almost no detail upon check in. Like that the cable had been knocked out and my TV didn't work. She advised I just unplug to reset. That didn't work. I could never connect to secure wifi service and the staff was not helpful with this. My shower door would not stay closed. Even with a washcloth jammed in there- I gave up. The room guide was missing. As a property, I was so disappointed to find no restaurants nearby. I won't be staying at this property again."

"I was surprised. I didn’t expect the quality and size for the price. It’s perfectly located right next to the expressway. It had the amenity’s of a suite. The showers was huge and the kitchenette was unexpected. They provided security in the parking lot and the lobby after hours. Indoor pool and a gym. I will stay here again and again. "

"The Manager Darron m, I think and one of the hotel bellman is what encouraged ne to rate this property with a 3 stars. If it wasn't for them I would have given a 1 star. For a 4 star rated hotel much more is needed in room cleaning, bellnan service. We booked because the hotel advised that it offered bellnan service we are both physically challenged my husband more so handicapped- He felt and injured himself trying to pull his suitcase inside. If it wasn't fir the Uber guy assisting us it would have been bear impossible for me injured to get him up. I usually respect the Westin/ Marriott brand so I am hopeful the management would seek to uphold the brand."

"UNDER CONSTRUCTION FIRST OF ALL, THE ENTRANCE WAS EXTREMELY WET THE SEATS IN THE LOBBY WAS HORRIFIC. THE PARKING LOT IN THE REAR NEEDS THE POT HOLES FIXED."

"No microwave. Stains on bed post. Walls to thin, can hear everything outside the door. Breakfast ends too early. Handicap parking was hard to get due to non-handicap cars occupying spots. "

"Filthy, dirty place. Room 1 had old food and trash under the bed at the pillow end. Do did not lock properly. Room 2 NO Hot Water. Elevator buttons did not work properly. Trash everywhere we went in the building. Walked out! Stay far away from this property"
