"The continental breakfast was okay! The hotel was in a nice and quiet area. The hotel staff were dismissive and not helpful with solving problems. I was disappointed that I had to take a room on the first floor by the door (solo female traveler) and broken toilet seat. I didn’t realize the toilet seat was broken until I sat down and it pinched and bruised my leg. When I informed the front desk staff, she said okay with no immediate assistance or accommodation for my stay. I also reported the situation to the housekeeping manager. "

"Property well maintained. Clean facility in common area, friendly staff, breakfast was your staple breakfast. My husband loved the cinnamon rolls. I would have loved some bacon instead of 2 types of sausage. Loved they had Earl Grey tea. Only drawback was our shower had hair stuck to the wall which made me question if it had been properly cleaned. "

"The (King) room exceeded my expectations. It was clean, well furnished, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was ok at best. The hallway carpet was very worn but not dirty. I liked that this place was only a four minute walk to the Amtrak station. I also walked the 1 mile to and from Greenfield Village, though taking a rideshare was an option had I not wanted the exercise. "

"James was very helpful at checkin with describing places to eat. The room was spacious and the bed great. No safe in the room and the shower basin needed new silicone due to mildew etc. our room was facing the main st and we could hear the traffic noise at night until around 1130 when it quieted. Great location to explore the area!"
