"Water with fruit in the lobby was delicious. We didn’t stay long but the shuttle service to the airport was quick and efficient. Bed was comfortable and staff was well informed."

"The experience I had was not entirely the facility's fault. My neighbors were loud, disruptive, and disrespectful. From the different voices, there were at least 5 inside the room. They were slamming doors, talking in raised voices, and listening to the television at high levels. Then someone got angry, and they began yelling, cussing, arguing, and stomping around. I was told the desk spoke to them a couple of times throughout the evening. Once I am asleep, I am fairly sound, but they woke me up just before 1 am, again at 2 am, and yet again at 3 am. I tried to call the desk, but no one answered, and there is no voicemail for desk services. When I finally spoke to the desk, to complain about the events, immediately the desk clerk said, "Oh, room ###. Yeah, we received a few complaints about them." I told them I tried to call, I was told they 'did not hear the phone ring." "It may have been when they went to talk to the room." I guess I should be thankful. I had to get up at 3:30 am anyway,..."

"I am local but had to book a room due to my power being out on the hottest day of the year so far. I needed a pet-friendly hotel. My dog is afraid of tile floors and trying to get him to our room was impossible. He's over 60 pounds and I couldn't carry him over the tiles along with my luggage. Our front desk greeter graciously offered to carry my scared pup to our room, and was successful in doing so. He deposited my scared pup to the door, brushed off the abundance of dog hair that covered his shirt, gave us a great smile and went back to his duties unfazed by the spectacle of me trying to drag my poor, scared dog across the floor. Very happy with Staybridge Suites and all of the staff! The courtyard is beautiful, the common area/lounge is spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfasts and dinners are amazing. 10+ stars 🌟 Very pleasant stay."

"Exceptional stay, especially for the price. Clean and fresh bedding, clean and efficient air conditioner and heater, clean bathroom with no mold at all. Soundproofing is much better than newer hotels in the area Large refrigerator with freezer that works well, and a clean microwave. Sliding door allows access to patio or balcony for fresh air. Breakfast is Continental, yogurt and baked goods, also 2 waffle makers for hot breakfast. Keys always work, there's always a clerk at front desk to help. Very safe inside and out, and provide a high level of guest service. Try the new sports bar and grill connected to the hotel. The best stay for the price I have ever had, and I have stayed in many luxury suites."
