"The room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable - unfortunetly there was a seriously terrible sound proofing job done and you could hear people walking around and every door shutting the entire time. Disappointing "

"Staff were nice but they seem severely understaffed. I tried calling for the shuttle to pick up from airport but was on hold for almost 15 minutes. The next morning I had a reserved shuttle pick up time and I was down in the lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled time, but no one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes. The shuttle didn’t come at the scheduled time because no one at the desk called them. Very frustrating experience. "

"Tv didn’t work, black mold. Left instantly and got a room at the super 8 after the clerk gave me my deposit back acknowledging the black mold!"

"Pool was freezing. Hot tub shut down for “maintenance”. Our hotel room was absolutely disgusting- dirty walls, dirty floors, there was ground beef and cheese from what Im guessing a taco from previous guests all over under the nightstand and the drawer of the night stand, bath tub not cleaned previously, room smelled of funk, and our smoke detector was wrapped in plastic!!!!!! "
