There was very attentive personal service. Barbara worked in the breakfast area and remembered I asked for 2 hardboiled eggs. The next morning, she has wrapped up just for me. We needed help with the TV for my elderly parents, and "Q" (probably not how he spelled his name) offered to go to their room to show them.

I booked this room for relatives that were coming into town. Two things they did not like were the bathroom faucet and they said to regulate water temperature in shower was very difficult. It was either too cold or too hot.

The breakfast was excellent however our room was not cleaned in the 2 nights we stayed there. It was clean when we checked in but no one came after that. We were out all day excepting to come to a clean room at night. Was a little disappointed

Hotel was great. Overall wanted the 5th floor but 5th floor was unavailable due to getting remodeled. Breakfast is so so too many hotels are using the same microwaved. Omelets and sausage and everything's the same. All in all of good experience.

Rooms are old with stained carpet and chipped finishes on cabinets. Not enough drawer space. The breakfast attendant, Barbara, was outstanding, and well as Angel in Guest Services. Plenty of parking.

Friendly Helpful Courteous Staff!!! Would recommend this place to family and friends. Great variety of breakfast. Very clean rooms and public areas. Barbara that works kitchen staff was phenomenal. She assisted my elderly mom by going above and beyond to help her carry her breakfast back to our room on 5th floor. Quintin the manager checked in with me frequently to ensure we were very satisfied and didn’t need anything. Amazing staff!

Everyone was friendly, very helpful. Clean rooms, next time I will def try to get in that pool and hot tub. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Quiet, had no issues with any disruptions at nighttime. All around great hotel and will def stay again!!

The property was good. I needed to stay longer than a week, but they do not have a weekly cost or a roll out the red carpet for you if you stay long which I thought kind was not good at all. I had to end up switching hotels because of that. Secondly, they have really cut back on cleaning your room daily. I stayed -there for 4 or 5 days and they came in one time to get the garbage and that was it. No new towels or turning your bed over. My garbage was overflow as well so I did not like that at all as well. The hotel is clean and breakfast was a standard continental hot breakfast. All and all, I would stay there again!!
