She spent a lot of time explaining every detail, which made the wait even longer for guests in line. This definitely added to the overall check‑in delay."

The linens seemed clean, probably the only redeeming quality. People were talking loudly in the hallways after midnight and I was near the ice machine which was noisy as well.. "
