「We stayed at The Royal Swan Ashley Manor. Wickham for one night, my birthday Halloween day. This hotel was excellent, very clean rooms with all that you needed. Twin room with buffet breakfast and pre ordered cooked English breakfast, all just great. Staff all very friendly and happy. Good sized parking bays for my large car. Walked 10 minutes to a local pub. great atmosphere on this special day. Would definitely stay again.」

「The breakfast is great, and staffs are friendly and helpful.」

「Absolutely wonderful stay for a short stay. The only fault were the pillows…felt like sleeping on a cement bag but that’s a personal preference .」

「Have stayed here before and stayed again because of how nice the place is. The rooms are modern and equipped with netflix etc for you to use. When I got there I was told I’d been upgraded from my Superior Family Room however it was to a Superior Double Room which was a downside, however as soon as I mentioned that I’d booked the family room for the extra space due to work they fixed it straight away and put me in a bigger room. 「Really lovely place to stay, lots of nice features - honesty bar with QR code to pay, with range of products including Champagne, also similarly, drinks in room and snacks. Visually, very well designed, boutique experience. I booked late at night after cancelled ferry and was contacted by owner immediately with information re stay.」

「接待人員很親切，客房乾淨，床睡起來非常舒服，停車場夠大方便停車。飯店酒吧很漂亮，飯店提供早餐選擇，用餐環境很棒。」

「Although my stay was lovely, the hotel could do with upgrading their rooms. Everything in the room was basic where expectations were for a 4 star luxurious experience.」

「空間足夠，樓下有販賣機，附近出入的人稍嫌複雜，但海景房還可以。」

「Lovely owners. Wonderful breakfast and a great location.」

「Very nice, clean room with very helpful staff. Choice of pillows and a very comfortable, clean bed. The room was very warm, no Aircon but a fan was provided. The reception and breakfast room are in a different building, on a different road which was fine as the weather was dry. Buffet breakfast was great with good choice. We also ate in the restaurant for dinner which was also excellent. Staff were all extremely good. Would stay here again.」

「Lovely position and view. Wonderful breakfast.」
