「Beautiful historic mansion. We walked thru nearby parks to the riverfront for lunch. The outdoor restaurant at Orange Grove was very pleasant for an evening dinner and happy hour. The admiral lounge is very comfortable while waiting for pickup to go to the airport or cruise ships.」

「Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We didn’t use the spa due to only staying one night and the extra charge as booked through Expedia but if book direct, it’s included. Breakfast was £16.95 and worth it. Great choice. Lovely outdoor seating area. Beds comfy. Bathrooms good. Quiet location. All was good.」

「The hotel itself is looking a bit tired but our room was spotless and clean. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was hot and tasty. The location is amazing. Fantastic place to stay if u don't want to spend loads of time in the hotel.」

「The twin room offered a good sized space for a European property, but otherwise was very disappointing as it was shabby and dated. I knew from the pictures not to expect luxury but it was less attractive in person. The building had the feel of an old roadside motel and I would not have felt safe or secure there if I had been traveling alone. It's a bit confusing to find as there is no signage directing you where to check in. That ended up being with the bartender inside the pub who was quite...

「It's a unique property as it's a historic building, walking distance to Osborne House. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. The restaurant serves excellent food and the breakfast room and lounge are cosy. Our bedroom was large , comfortable and clean. Highly recommend it.」

「No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub.」

「Situated in the heart of Cowes right on the High Street. We stayed here one night to attend a family party. It was perfect for 1 night, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Anchor is a lively, popular pub serving local beers and weekly live music. The room had some ear plugs provided but we didn't need them, a nice thought though.」
