「So many roaches, too noisy, no cleaning service in weekends」

「I love this place … but the free beverage that comes with the booking is water … I opened fridge and the boxed water was already opened an half full. It’s little details like this that can ruin the whole stay… drinking after someone else . Thank god it wasn’t laced with something. My friend thought I had drank out of it . 「We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We are already planning our next visit and will plan to stay...

「Great location. Walk to everything downtown. Courteous staff. Nice happy hour! Clean and comfortable rooms (but the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable). Indoor pool was great for 2 grandkids! Will definitely stay again!」

「I loved the location and the staff was quite nice. Breakfast was good. Everything seemed clean and newer. My only complaint is my room smelled strongly of dog. Particularly the bed. Very strong lingering dog smell. And trust me, I love a dog friendly hotel. That’s a wonderful amenity. But the room smell was too much. 」
